About PFH?
PHF strives to exhibit forward thinking ideologies surrounding food and diet by normalizing the space between the Standard American Diet and Veganism through recipes, lifestyle posts and educating people about benefits of a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet while reducing stigma between the two camps.
It is my desire to create a safe space without ridge rules or judgement to share my health journey and inspire others to do the same. Stigma on either side of the isle can cause hesitation and complacency on individuals who are curious about becoming more plant focused.
